South Georgia Deputies make a traffic stop and seize $18,000 of stolen merchandise.  Three people in a jeep were stopped on I-95 for a window tint violation. Upon a search of the vehicle, Camden County deputies found $18,000 worth of merchandise, most with price tags and security tags still on them. Deputies believe the suspects were coming from Savannah. Police are trying to determine what stores were victimized, but believe Victoria’s Secret was one merchant. The merchandise and foil-lined theft bags were confiscated. The suspects were released. Minnesota woman steals 73 bottles of perfume from JC Penney and Ulta Beauty.  A 36 year old female was apprehended and confessed to stealing 73 bottles of perfume valued at $5000 from four different stores in the Minneapolis area. The thefts began in March and continued until the end of April, when she was apprehended by JC Penney’s Loss Prevention. (Source patch.com)

Two Louisville men attempt to steal $665 worth of 5-Hour Energy drinks.  Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested two men who stole over $600 of 5-Hour Energy drinks from a local Kroger store. One suspect rode into the store on a motorized cart. While inside the store, the two allegedly took the energy drinks and placed them in the basket of the motorized cart and covered them up with a jacket. All of the energy drinks were recovered.
