● Assist the Loss
Prevention Specialist with the
implementation of shortage reduction
programs through the assigned
stores. |
● Supervise the day
to day operations of the hourly Loss
Prevention team consisting of Loss
Prevention Managers and Loss
Prevention Associates. |
● Create the Loss
Prevention Team schedule for the
assigned district. |
● Train, Coach and
develop Loss Prevention Managers and
Loss Prevention Associates in
regards to internal and external
investigations and operational
effectiveness. |
● Oversee and
assist in internal investigations
being conducted by Loss Prevention
Managers in their respective
locations. |
● Conduct internal
interviews and partner with Human
Resources to complete
investigations. |
● Perform Loss
Prevention Reviews at the assigned
locations. |
● Partner with
Store and District level management
to address operational compliance
issues with the assigned store to
increase profitability and reduce
shrink. |
● Respond to
emergency situations and organize
efforts to reduce loss and protect
the company assets within emergency
situations. |
