Job Overview
|
● Provides detailed reports
regarding events related to safety
and loss prevention related
activities to various staff and
support departments. Works with LP
Management to act as a liaison by
participating in various meetings,
providing written documentation and
providing analytical analysis and
research related to DC incidents.
Provides supervision to a team of
hourly associates and assists LP
Manager with relationships with
contract security. Assists with loss
prevention field inquires relating
to DC matters for all brands. Under
general direction, supervises loss
prevention responsibilities for the
West Coast DC. |

● Supervises a team of DC Loss
Prevention Officers (primarily 2nd &
3rd shift LPO’s) and assists with
contract security processes. Sets
goals, provides feedback, provides
associate training and administers
coaching/counseling as needed. |
|
● Supervises and monitors the
physical security of DC. Maintains
and test burglar, fire, key/core
processes, visitor management, and
card access system. Supervises and
acts as a first responder to
situations pertaining to
unauthorized access, fire, or any
emergency situation 24/7. Under
general direction, assists with
conducting thorough and timely
investigations related to theft
and/or loss within the DC. |

● Maintain vendor
relationships with established
suppliers or services and products
used by the DC Loss Prevention team. |
|
● Works with LP Manager
regarding safety training and
awareness programs for the DC,
including accident investigation,
safety inspections and reporting.
Delivers LP and Safety orientation
for new hires. |
Position
Requirements:
|
● 3+ years LP experience
(DC/Supply Chain LP experience
preferred) |
|
● 2-year degree strongly
preferred |
|
● Must have experience
supervising others |
|
● Must be flexible to work any
hours required |
|
● First Aid, CPR, AED
certification preferred
(certification will be required
during employment) |
|
● Possess basic Microsoft
skills (i.e. Office, Excel, Outlook,
Word, PowerPoint) |
|
● Minimum travel required |
|
● Certification in Interview
and Interrogation Techniques
preferred (i.e. Wicklander &
Zulawski) |
|
● A strong business
relationship with all levels of an
organization is a must |
|
● Primary work hours are
during the PM shift |
|
● Bilingual English / Spanish
preferred |
