Williams is the deputy supervisor of the Cook County
Assistant State’s Attorney in the Special Prosecutions
Bureau. His career includes investigating, prosecuting and
litigating street gang, human rights and national security
crimes at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and at
the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in their Financial
Crimes and Public Corruption Unit and their Special
Prosecutions Bureau.
