Rod Holm has been promoted to

    Vice President of Global Sales, Service, and Business Development

Holm joined USS in 2009, bringing with him over 30 years of loss prevention knowledge and expertise.

He has held key senior loss prevention positions with major retailers such as Limited Brands, Target, and Marshall's.

Holm is an active member of the Loss Prevention Advisory Council at Northern Michigan University. He works with other senior loss prevention leaders at the University, creating course curriculum for the Bachelor of Science Degree, in Loss Prevention.

Since 2004, Rod has been a dynamic volunteer, hosting fundraisers and creating awareness for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) – raising approximately $900,000.

Holm takes pride in working with the talented Loss Prevention Retail Leaders in organizing and creating meaningful and significant regional ORC conferences for the loss prevention community.

He received a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
