ORC ring apprehended selling goods on line

Maury County, Tenn. (Nashville area) law enforcement busted an ORC ring selling thousands of dollars of stolen goods online. The ring leader took orders, paid people to shoplift and resold the items online and then shipped the goods nationwide. With Academy Sports, Hobby Lobby, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohl's and other retailers. The Hobby Lobby LP department first identified the case and they expect an indictment soon on more than a half a dozen individuals. The investigation continues. (Source wkrn.com)
 


Another ORC 3-member ring was apprehended last week in a Henderson, Tenn, Wal-Mart store who was also stealing merchandise in Kentucky. The third suspect is still at large. (Source msn.com)
