Man
charged with multiple counts of retail theft in Bay County, Fla.
The man was documented stealing electronics, police added. The man was also
recognized by several deputies as a suspect in numerous other retail theft cases
from Wal-Mart stores in Bay County, some which took place in September of 2013,
officials wrote. He was also spotted stealing from Dillards on Saturday. On
Sunday an asset protection associate at Wal-Mart spotted the gold Cadillac
parked in a parking lot along North Tyndall Parkway. She contacted the BCSO and
reported the man and the vehicle matched the description of the man documented
on several store videos stealing from the Callaway Wal-Mart, officials wrote.
Jenkins, 43, of 2713 Redwood Street, Callaway, was arrested and charged with
five counts of retail theft and resisting an officer without violence. Officials
wrote that Jenkins may be connected to multiple incidents of retail theft at
Wal-Mart stores in Callaway, Lynn Haven, Panama City, and Panama City Beach. (Source

Kentucky brother and sister arrested for shoplifting/ return scheme at Walmart
Two suspects were arrested at a Laurel County Walmart after
finding a discarded receipt in the parking lot, then stealing the identical
merchandise, then attempting to return the items for cash. The female suspect
was also charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, she had her 3 children

Nashville
market busted for trafficking in stolen merchandise On Tuesday, police seized the store's entire stock of non-perishable goods from
C.J Discount Market in Hayes Heights. Police said between May and October the
market purchased a total of 195 cartons of cigarettes and 10 quarts of motor oil
on 12 separate occasions from an undercover police, who was representing them as
items being stolen. Staff at the business paid the undercover officer about half
of what the goods were actually worth. (Source

Minnesota
State Patrol assisted with arrest of two Baby Formula thieves fleeing Target in
Rochester Two suspects were arrested by the Rochester Police with the
assistance of the Minnesota State Patrol, following a report that the suspects
had stolen 94 cans of baby formula, valued at over $1500 from the Target store.

Shoplifting team apprehended at Sephora in Santa Monica with over $2000 in
merchandise Two females and one male suspect were arrested by Santa
Monica Police after making a traffic stop of the suspected get-a-way car. The
Sephora Loss Prevention Agent made a positive identification at the scene. All
three suspects were charged with burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime.
