Cape Coral, Florida Police seeking the identity of an ORC suspect targeting
Lowes The suspect in the photos was involved in two separate thefts from
Lowe's. On 09/30/2013 at approximately 8:54pm, the suspect walked out of the
store without paying for a DeWalt 20V Combo Kit. On 10/03/2013 at approximately
6:23pm, the same suspect walked out of the store without paying for a DeWalt 20V

Ohio credit card ring charged in Warren County; over $100,000 in transactions
From May 2012 to January 2013, the ring stole wallets and credit cards from
employees who left their purse or wallet unattended while working at Procter and
Gamble, Fiserv, Cleveland Clinic Administrative Center, the Farmers Insurance
building, Akron General Health and Wellness Center in Bath and Richard E. Jacobs
Health Center. They four people arrest face charges including engaging in a
pattern of corrupt activity, conspiracy to engage in a pattern of corrupt
activities, burglary, money laundering, misuse of credit cards and receiving

Woman apprehended with $4000 of merchandise from Kohl’s in Brownsville, Texas
Police say Nadya Crystal Cerda, 30, had a strategic plan when it came to
shoplifting items at the Kohl's store. Detectives say Cerda grabbed over $4,000
dollars in merchandise and placed the items outside the store through a fire
exit door and then driving around the building and picking up the items. Police
recovered over hundred items and she has been charged with theft.

Winter Haven Police arrest 14 suspect in multi-store shoplifting spree
A recent shoplifting "roundup" in Winter Haven netted more than $2,100 in
recovered merchandise and 14 arrests, the Winter Haven Police Department said
Monday. The roundup took place Oct. 16-17 and 23-25. Winter Haven stores that
participated were Wal-Mart, Kmart, Belk, Macy's, Bealls and Bealls Outlet. Of
the 14 arrested, five were juveniles. (Source

Bass Pro Shop apprehends a credit card fraud suspect from Florida in
Clarksville, Tennessee; second suspect escaped On Saturday, Juan
Moreira, 52, Hialeah, Fla., was arrested on charges of felony forgery, fraud and
felony theft. Moreira and another suspect aroused the suspicions of store
employees when they attempted to make a purchase. Both men attempted to flee
prior to the arrival of the police; the second suspect was able to get away.
During a search following Moreira’s arrest, three fraudulent credit cards were
found. The store manager informed the police officer that both suspects had also
made purchases several weeks ago. The Secret Service was called into
