A woman who was arrested after the Aug. 13 theft of more than $4,000 worth of merchandise from a store in the Fashion Outlets mall in the Town of Niagara agreed never to enter the mall again, as she pleaded guilty Thursday in Niagara County Court. Dominique L. Bradshaw, 18, of Dutton Avenue, Buffalo, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of petit larceny and was scheduled for sentencing Feb. 3 by County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III. Felony charges remain open against co-defendant Derrick J. Nailor, 57, of Simon Street, Buffalo. Two others involved got away and have yet to be identified. The theft occurred at Saks Off 5th store. Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said the stolen items featured “True Religion jeans, mostly.” Bradshaw lined her purse with metal foil to get past the sensors at Saks, a prosecutor said at her arraignment.
