Vector Security Welcomes Jeffrey M. Bates as
Chief Operating Officer
 

Executive leader to oversee branch functions and operational support.
 

PITTSBURGH, PA, November 12, 2013 – Vector Security, Inc., one of North America’s top electronic security companies, has expanded its executive team with the addition of Jeffrey M. Bates as Chief Operating Officer.

Based in the company’s corporate services office in Warrendale, PA, just outside of Pittsburgh, Jeff is responsible for all branch functions as well as operational support.

He joins Vector Security from United Technologies, where he began as a regional operation manager in 2010 and was later promoted to manager of operations. Prior to that, he was director of operational excellence at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies.

Jeff holds a BSBA in business management from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI. He has also completed the Darden Executive Education Program in Strategic Leadership at the University of Virginia.
