at RFID Journal LIVE!

Plain City, Ohio-March 26, 2014 – NeWave Sensor Solutions, LLC today announced the launch of their advanced Smart Shelf system at the RFID Journal Live Conference to be held April 8-10 in Orlando, FL. This patented NeWave Smart Shelf RFID technology is a no tags required solution that provides retailers with highly accurate, instant notification of merchandise theft at their retail shelf as well as low or out of stock conditions. Recent Smart Shelf enhancements include a new antenna configuration that is designed to immediately target high theft products and a new wireless configuration that does not require cable drops. These new changes greatly simplify installation by minimizing installation labor and follow-on maintenance. Smart Shelf is well proven in numerous in-store pilot tests and is now being rapidly expanded to full retail commercialization.
