Position Description
Restoration Hardware is looking for a
LOSS PREVENTION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to
join our Loss Prevention and Internal Audit
team.
The perfect candidate will have an immediate

Primary Responsibilities

investigations by performing address
and card holder verifications |

Commercial Ware (order management
system) and Connected Retailer
(Point of Sale) attributes into
excel by reviewing orders/notes and
reports |

respond to Customer Service
inquiries |
| ● Investigate
suspicious clients reported by the
Galleries |
| ● Manage Restricted
Client letters by drafting, sending
and updating the master file |
