Tamice Dunn, 40, was issued the new tentative charges on Sunday by Madison police, and also was charged with four counts of bail jumping from open criminal cases in three other counties, according to a news release from Madison police. The new shoplifting charges accuse Dunn of taking electronic items and liquor from the Lien Road Target store on Jan. 10, 13 and 25 and Feb. 1. She was already in jail after Fitchburg police arrested her on Feb. 3 for allegedly shoplifting at the Fitchburg Target store. The open criminal cases included two in Waukesha County and one each in Iowa and Grant Counties. "It is believed there are co-conspirators in some of the Madison retail theft cases," DeSpain said.
