H-E-B loss prevention worked with Corpus Christi police and shut this store down after an investigation. No other information was available. Organized theft syndicate ‘Geng Kangkang’ arrested with powered milk in Kuala Lumpur. The group admitted to traveling 13 hours away to unload its stolen loot, but police were on their trail, nabbing the five members of the group and seeking the arrest of five other suspects.
