We all know that you can't have your eyes and ears everywhere without the help of others. A good leader knows that their shrink goals can be accomplished when they have a team on their side. A good leader is also a good listener; one should be able to connect, motivate & inspire a team. In Loss prevention/ Asset Protection we implement programs, best practices and technologies that change associate behaviors within our store (s). The effectiveness of LP/AP Leadership to reduce store shrink begins with building collaborative relationships; we must remember that management's attitude is vital and essential for the achievement of any Loss Prevention/Asset Protection goals.
