Shoplifting suspect turns herself in seeing surveillance video on television. One woman turned in herself Tuesday night after surveillance video was released showing her and another woman shoplifting nearly $12,000 worth of merchandise from upscale boutiques in West University and Houston last month, according to authorities. Linda Wallace Dewitt, 58, and another unidentified woman entered the French Cuff Boutique in the 4000 block of Bellaire on July 28 and left with some very expensive loot without paying for it, according to West University police.
