Second suspect in Danbury, CT arrested in ORC theft at Lowes. The group returned stolen items and were issued gift cards, which were sold to a local pawn shop for 40-50% of face value. Jason Kocenko, 35, of Willow Springs, became the second person charged in the thefts, which occurred in July and August 2011. On Friday, police arrested a 39-year-old New Fairfield woman, identified as Christine Early, who they said was also part of the shoplifting ring that targeted the home improvement store. (Source
