Sears is cutting its stake in its Canadian brand from 95% to 51% and may even sell "some or all of the rest."

The Brinks guard is in full uniform including a gun belt, enters the stores at approximately the correct pick-up time and has been given the nightly deposits on at least 2 occasions.
