A former Circle K district manager was sentenced Wednesday to five years of community control sanctions and ordered to make restitution after stealing more than $150,000 from the company over several years. Donna F. Rexroad, 51, of Dunkirk was sentenced by Hancock County Common Pleas Judge Reginald Routson for grand theft, a third-degree felony. She was also placed on 90 days of electronic monitoring.
