A former Circle K district manager was sentenced Wednesday to five years of community control sanctions and ordered to make restitution after stealing more than $150,000 from the company over several years. Donna F. Rexroad, 51, of Dunkirk was sentenced by Hancock County Common Pleas Judge Reginald Routson for grand theft, a third-degree felony. She was also placed on 90 days of electronic monitoring. Assistant Hancock County Prosecutor Alex Treece said the theft exceeded $240,000, but the parties agreed on $150,000 in restitution, the amount that could be proven. Rexroad must pay an estimated $30,000 a year to Circle K.
