MacKay Leverages Axonify
to Deliver Learning to Employees

WATERLOO, ON, January 22, 2013 –
Today, Axonify Inc. announced that MacKay LLP, a leading
accounting firm in Western Canada has selected its next
generation eLearning platform to reinforce employee
learning in a fun, engaging and rewarding way. MacKay
was looking to drive retention and keep employee
knowledge levels current through the everyday delivery
of personalized, bite-sized content.

Through the Axonify platform, MacKay employees will
receive 3 targeted questions a day on topics such as
accounting practices, systems and procedures. When an
employee demonstrates a knowledge gap in a certain topic
area they’ll receive a short training burst to reinforce
learning. As knowledge is retained, the employee will
auto-graduate to more and more difficult questions with
the system identifying and closing knowledge gaps along
the way. Employees will be rewarded with points that
they can accumulate and put towards both monetary and
non-monetary rewards.
